Jake Cooper is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson. Jake spent the majority of his upbringing in the San Fernando Valley and currently lives in Calabasas.  He brings a local perspective to the business trends that create the economic factors driving commercial leasing and sales in his primary market.

Jake specializes in the leasing of industrial and office space where he represents both landlords and tenants in the greater San Fernando Valley and south Ventura County markets.  Jake is constantly praised for his ability to understand the specific needs of each client and prioritize them in a transaction’s deal terms.  His determination to exceed his clients expectations and goals is evident in the deals he negotiates on his clients behalf.

Prior to joining Pacific Partners, Jake’s background includes entering the work force at age 16 at a local retail store where he learned the importance of hard work and discipline.  As a star young athlete, Jake went to play Division 1 soccer at Boise State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing.  A notable work experience while studying in college was at the Jmkeehn Accountancy where he worked with high net-worth individuals in keeping their accounts payable/ receivable in order while answering business related questions and developing professional & personal relationships with his clients.  During his tenure, his dedication and customer service earned him employee of the month 3 separate times.

While growing his business and trade skills is a top priority, Jake enjoys being outdoors and playing basketball, soccer & surfing in his spare time.
