Brian Forster
President/ Co-Founder
Brian has been a resident of the Conejo Valley since 1974 and he graduated from California State University, Northridge with a degree in Real Estate and Finance.
Chris Swatosh
Executive Vice President/ Co-Founder
Chris is a California Real Estate licensed broker since 2007 and a So Cal native. Chris’s primary expertise is leasing and sales of office and industrial properties in Los Angeles and Ventura counties.
Michelle Buckner
Commercial Sales and Leasing
A California native, Michelle grew up in the San Fernando Valley and presently resides in Thousand Oaks. Based on her familiarity of this region, she decided to make this territory her main focus.
